Important Notice
Stock Practice Hub is an educational simulator only. It is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor, broker, or portfolio manager. No real trading is possible on this Platform. Virtual credits have no monetary value.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Stock Practice Hub (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms govern your access to and use of the virtual trading simulator and all related educational features.
2. Educational Use Only
Stock Practice Hub is a stock market learning platform and virtual trading simulator intended solely for educational use, product practice, and market workflow familiarity. The Platform is NOT a registered investment advisor, stockbroker, portfolio manager, or financial services provider under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or any other regulatory authority.
3. No Real Trading
Orders placed on the Platform are simulated practice orders. They are NOT sent to any stock exchange, broker, depository, clearing house, or any real trading venue. No real securities are bought, sold, held, or transferred through the Platform. Any simulated "execution" is for educational purposes only.
4. Virtual Credits — Not Legal Tender
Virtual credits are a non-monetary, non-transferable simulation unit used solely within the Platform. Virtual credits are NOT money, cash, currency, securities, stored value, a payment instrument, or any financial asset. They have zero real-world monetary value and cannot be deposited, withdrawn, transferred to another person, redeemed for cash, or used for any real-world purchase or transaction. No feature on the Platform allows real monetary deposits or withdrawals.
5. No Financial Advice or Recommendations
Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading recommendations, stock tips, buy/sell signals, or personalized portfolio guidance. The Platform does not recommend specific securities, predict market outcomes, or manage any real or simulated portfolio on your behalf. For real investment decisions, please consult a SEBI-registered investment advisor.
6. No Financial Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your own decisions made outside this Platform. Stock Practice Hub, its founders, team, and associates are not responsible for any real-world trading, investment, tax, legal, or financial outcomes. The Platform disclaims all liability for losses incurred in real financial markets by users of this simulation tool.
7. Risk Disclosure Acknowledgment
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that: (a) stock markets carry inherent risk including loss of capital; (b) simulator performance does not guarantee or predict real market performance; (c) past simulated results are not indicative of future real returns; and (d) market conditions in the real world may differ significantly from the simulator.
8. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use the Platform lawfully, avoid manipulating simulator or leaderboard features, and not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any Platform security measures.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, branding, and features of Stock Practice Hub are the intellectual property of the Platform and its creators. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any Platform content for commercial purposes without express written permission.
10. Modifications to Terms
Stock Practice Hub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will endeavor to notify registered users of material changes via email or dashboard notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
